Welcome all players and parents to the U11 Woodstock Wildcats tryouts.
My name is Teagan Wells and I will be the new head coach for the U11 tier 1 team. I am very excited for these upcoming tryouts and looking forward to meeting all the girls.
During the tryout process I will be posting updates and any important information on here, so please check regularly.
As we are preparing for the upcoming tryouts to begin on
Saturday April 20th, at the Woodstock Complex, we wanted to provide everyone with an update about the ice times and the plan moving forward.
To ensure the girls receive an adequate amount of time and ice to showcase their skills during tryouts, Wildcats have decided to spilt the 2-hour ice time into two, 1-hour sessions. This will allow less girls on the ice and more time for the girls to participate in skating and drills so they can be evaluated fairly.
Please show up to the rink at the times corresponding to the players last name.
9:00-9:50am - Last names A-L
10:00-10:50am - Last names M-Z
GOALIES - Araujo and Dorie please come for 9:00-9:50am.
- Both Harvey's and Thomson please come for 10:00-10:50am.
The coaching staff asks that that players please show up at least
40 minutes before the start of your ice time to allow for enough time for players to check in at the registration table.
Upon check in players will receive a pinnie for the tryout, and a player ID code. This code will be used for the selection process of the team. Please keep these codes private. Please be aware, there will be releases made after the first tryout. You can check the status on the "Tryout Player List" page.
