The Wildcats Annual General Meeting and Banquet will be held on Sunday April 25, 2010.

The Wildcats Annual General Meeting and Banquet will be held on Sunday April 25, 2010. We will review the year, go over association business and elect representatives to the Wildcats Board of Directors.

Ther AGM will occur from 10:00am-11:am.
The Wildcats banquet will be from 11:00am - 1:00pm. There will be a pizza lunch for all Wildcats players.
Location of both events is Goff Hall at the Southside Complex on Finkle St.

If any members would like to present ammendments to the Constitution or bring up any matters at the AGM, they must provide the details in writing to the Board of Directors at least 1 month prior to the date of the AGM.

The member submitting the changes to the Constitution must be in attendance to present the motion. The ammendment must receive a two thirds majority to be passed.
