Tryout Information/ Team Outlook
Hello everyone,
With tryouts starting this weekend here is some insight regarding costs and commitments related to playing on a Rep team as well as some general tryout info.
Tryouts:
We will be splitting the first tryout into two groups each group will have 45min on ice. Pinny numbers will be assigned at the check in desk. Please check the U11 B/BB home page news for group lists that will indicate what group and time your player is in. Team Gear: We will have a fitting and all players are required to purchase Woodstock Wildcats jersey’s, tracksuit, pant shells and individual jersey bag. If you already have these items from previous years, you can use them instead of purchasing new ones.
Tournaments:
It is anticipated we will participate in a minimum of three tournaments. We are allowed 4 tournaments per year. Some of these tournaments will require hotel stays. Additional Ice Time:When regular season games begin, we will typically have 1 practice and 1 home game per week. I would like to add additional ice times for team development as well as dryland sessions. Costs will be determined based on the number of ice times.
Cost Breakdown:
Tournaments x3 = 2550.00 (185.00 pp for 3 tourneys approx.) based on previous season tournaments Hotel Room = 150.00-$200.00 per night (Approx.)
Team Tracksuit = 164.45 (tax incl. for jacket and pants with logo) based on last years

Pant Shell = $59.99 + HST (Jr.) $66.50+HST (Sr.) based on last year’s prices
Additional Skates = TBD Fundraising: We plan to have a few fundraisers to help off-set tournament costs and other team expenses. Participation in fundraisers will be required of all parents/players.
