RAMP Registration Process Overview
Registration will now be completed through the RAMP Interactive system. Please review the following process overview prior to accessing the system and registering any participants. You can complete registration on a hand-held device (when completing a waiver your signature will be added via the touch screen). Please ensure that both a parent/guardian and the player being registered are present when registering as signatures from both will be required during the process (excluding FUNdamentals registrants and registrants over 18 years of age).
1. All registrants will need an account in RAMP. If you registered anywhere last season, you will have an account and you need to sign in using that account. If you have a previous account please skip to Step 3. If you are new to Hockey or do not have a RAMP account set up from previous years please Select the 'Don't have an account' option on the login screen.
2. After creating an account, all registrants will need to select 'Participant' and create a new player profile. Players, regardless of age, will be required to add an email address and phone number when their profile is initially created; in the interest of privacy, Parent/Guardian email addresses and phone numbers can be used for registrants under 18.
3. Select the applicable packages for the registrant based on division (age). These could include Basic Registration, Tryout Registration, Clinics, etc.
4. All registrants will be asked to sign several waivers mandated by the OWHA as well as a separate WWGHA waiver; please note that prior to signing the Rowan's Law waiver, it is mandatory that all parents and players read the applicable Rowan's Law Concussion Awareness Resource that is linked in the waiver. All players registering (excluding FUNdamentals) must sign all waivers; at the bottom of the waiver screen is a signature box that must be signed by the Parent/Guardian. For FUNdamentals registrants, all waivers and the final signature box must be signed by a Parent/Guardian.
5. All registrants will be asked to add a new Parent/Guardian/Emergency Contact profile; please add a second Parent/Guardian/Emergency Contact profile, if applicable. An email address is required for each profile (and an option for a second); please ensure a valid and monitored email address is used as any information/communications from WWGHA will be sent to this address.
6. All registrants will be asked a series of questions that will aid WWGHA in creating teams and assessing numbers, as well as identifying volunteer resources.
7. The final step is to confirm registration details and complete registration (select 'Submit Registration' at bottom of confirmation screen).
Notes: At the bottom of the player and parent profile pages, you will see multiple additional fields (Birth Certificate, Proof of Residency, etc.). These are not required fields and do not need to be populated.
Players registering with Woodstock Wildcats from another association need to be aware that, by registering with WWGHA, a transfer approval process from their home association will be automatically initiated by the RAMP system.
Confirmation & Receipt:
- Online registration will automatically generate a confirmation email.
- U11, U13, U15 & U18 are required to selected team package after final roster positions are determined.
- Each Team package will have a unique password for registration to ensure you register for the correct team which was made during the Spring Tryouts.
- U-9 - Will pre-register in the Spring but all players will be evaluated and teams will be finalized in the Fall.
- Final fees to will be communicated upon approved season structure from OWHA.
At this time we are waiting on commitment for more ice from neighboring municipalities and this could change how the ice allocations are set. Instead over/under charging, we’re opening up registration to $400 deposit due upon making the team and the remainder due when ice allocations are finalized – expected in the coming weeks.
