You are required to:
1. Provide a $150 Volunteer bond cheque, post dated for April 15th, 2019.
2. Provide a $100 jersey cheque, post dated for April 15th, 2019.
3. Bring jersey bag, or bring $20 cheque to purchase a jersey bag (no jersey will be released without a jersey bag).
** Please make cheques payable to Woodstock Wildcats Girls Hockey Association. Cheques only on this day. NO CASH
You will receive:
1. Game Jerseys – Both home and Away – to be returned at season end
2. Jersey Bag – purchased at the above listed price – Player to keep (if applicable)
