2019 AGM & BANQUET

PLEASE JOIN US for the Woodstock Wildcats Awards Night & AGM, Tuesday April 9th, 2019

Time: 6:15 pm AGM* (FREE SKATE for Wildcats and their siblings 6:15 pm – 7:05 pm on Red Pad)
Dinner and Banquet following the AGM

Where: Woodstock Community Complex – Goff Hall

$5.00 per family for pizza and a drink

*Novice through Midget age players may ENTER for a $200 credit to put towards 2019/20 registration. Parent/Guardian MUST BE PRESENT at time of draw following the AGM.

Positions up for election this year:

• President
• Coaching & Development Director
• Sponsorship Director
• Treasurer*
• Western Ontario Girls Hockey League Director
• Ice-Time Director
• Equipment Director
• Tournament Director

*This is a paid position. Interested individuals please send resume to [email protected]

Many of the above positions are currently held by Midget age parents who are not seeking re-election. We have a hard working, fantastic board who work well together. New members always bring excitement and fresh ideas that are needed to keep us current. This organization is run on volunteers. Without our volunteers we would not have a great organization to play for. Please consider taking your turn with helping out the Wildcats – an organization we are all so proud to be a part of.
