Official Notice of the Woodstock Wildcats Annual General Meeting, Tuesday April 9, 2019

March 20, 2019
Dear Woodstock Wildcat membership,

Over the last few years the Woodstock Wildcats have experienced tremendous improvements to the organization, increasing our numbers, which allows us to field teams at many levels, giving girls at all skill levels a place to play in Woodstock. We have had the opportunity to bring in a great talented instructor Kelly Paton, Western Mustangs head coach, whom has provided additional invaluable coaching to the girls. As well, she has conducted skill building sessions with our coaches. Goalie trainer, Matt Parker, has taken many of our keepers to the next level. We have implemented a great banner program that helps off set some of the fees for our families. We have recently improved our Wildcat room at the Civic Arena so we can host team gatherings and hold meetings. These are just a few examples of the many initiatives taken by the current board of directors to make the Wildcats a great association.

We have made great strides to improve the association, however, many of our current Executives are Midget age parents. To keep this organization going in the positive direction it’s going, we need to have some new faces on the board to pass along our experiences to the next generation. New members always bring excitement and fresh ideas that are needed to keep us current. This organization is run on volunteers. Without our volunteers we would not have a great club to play for. Please consider taking your turn with helping out the Wildcats – a club we are all so proud to be a part of.

  • President

  • Coaching & Development Director
