Bantam B - Fairstone Financial earn Silver Medal
This past weekend, The Bantam B - Fairstone Financial team travelled down the road to the annual Kitchener Fallfest Tournament earning the Silver medal.
The team were an undefeated 4-0 in the round robin portion of the tournament collecting wins vs Toronto Leaside (3-1), Woolwich Wild (3-1), Kitchener Lady Rangers (1-0), Saugeen Shores Storm (2-0).
In the Finals the Bantam had to battle vs the scrappy Saugeen Shores Storm again and were unfortunately on the other side of the 2-0 game and were shut out in the Final collecting the Silver Medal. The girls showed alot of battle and grit this weekend, competing game after game with a relentless effort.
They should be proud of their Silver medal. Congratulation girls!!
