Clarification on Restrictions for St Michael's School families
Submitted By Kim Bailey on Monday, March 15, 2021
In further clarification with the City regarding the outbreak at St Mikes:

Players, siblings of players, or parents that work at St Mike's, who have received communication from the health unit advising that they have been in close contact with a positive covid case, may not enter the arena.

For example, if a parent works at the school, or a player has a sibling in a class that has received a notice from public health advising they have been in close contact with a positive COVID case, nobody from the household may enter the arena.

The City recognizes that this is difficult to enforce due to privacy issues, however, they want the message relayed on, and trusts that everyone will follow these guidelines.

We apologize for the confusion surrounding this situation, but like everything else right now, communication and clarification are an ongoing process.

Thanks for everyone's understanding and efforts throughout the season to keep us on the ice!
