Volunteer Hours available during Tryouts
Submitted By Kim Bailey on Thursday, August 19, 2021
We are keeping our fingers crossed for a regular season and our annual tournament, which requires a large number of people to organize/run.  This means we have reinstated volunteer hours.

If you would like to get some hours in early instead of waiting for the tournament, here's your chance!

Volunteers Needed for Tryouts...please email [email protected]

Tryout Schedule

Please remember to bring a mobile device to the arena every time you attend, as you will be required to scan a Woodstock Wildcats QR code and fill out the mandatory COVID screening questionnaire prior to entering the facility.

The Parent(s) / Guardian(s) of Wildcat players are responsible for providing 6 hours of volunteer service for each player registered U11 (Atom) and up.  U9 (Novice) is required to complete 4 hours.  Before the beginning of the season the parent or guardian must provide a $150 bond cheque for each registered player as a promise to serve those volunteer hours.
