What a tournament run! Five games. Zero losses. One unforgettable weekend.   From the very first puck drop in Friday’s two hard‑fought games, the team set the tone—quick feet, smart passes, and grit that never faded! And of course, no tournament weekend is complete without a birthday celebration and free dessert shared amongst them all! 

The U15B squad hit the highway heading east to showcase their talent at the 42nd Annual Light the Rink Tournament in Kanata November 13-16.    What a weekend it was—packed with laughter, team bonding, and incredible hockey! These athletes forechecked, backchecked, dangled, and played with relentless commitment, delivering five wins and just one loss on their way to capturing the championship title. The final game was a nail-biter, with a 1-0 victory in the closing minutes!

We kicked off the season with an early bird tournament focused on building team chemistry and momentum — and what a start it was! Over the course of five hard-fought games, our team showed resilience, skill, and heart, earning a spot in the finals.
