Dear Players and Families,
My name is Matt Reissner, and I’m excited to be the head coach for the upcoming U18C
hockey season.
Tryouts will begin this Wednesday at 8:30 PM. Please arrive early so we can get
everyone assigned a jersey number before we hit the ice.
I ask all players to
come prepared with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic—these are just
as important as skill and talent.
The tryout session will begin with a few warm-up drills, followed by a
scrimmage where I’ll be looking at gameplay, teamwork, and effort. This will
help us get a good sense of each player's style and contribution on the ice.
If you are unable to attend the tryout or wish to be removed from the tryout list, please let me know as soon as possible. I'm really looking forward to meeting everyone and kicking off what I know will be a great season.
